BOXING
Our boxing class is boxing done for fun and fitness instead of competition. People practice boxing drills, sparring, and workouts to get better and stay healthy without the stress of fights. It focuses on enjoyment, friendship, and personal improvement while following basic techniques and rules. This activity is an excellent workout for heart health, strength, and coordination. It also teaches self-defense, encourages discipline, and builds a sense of community. Like regular boxing, it can increase self-confidence and support a healthy lifestyle.
